Laura became a massage therapist as a result of receiving great benefits from myofascial release (MFR) techniques from a practitioner trained by John Barnes MFR.   This prompted Laura to attend SpaTech Institute, where she completed the Holistic Massage program.  This program offers training in Swedish Massage as well as Polarity therapy.  Laura has some training in John Barnes Myofascial Release techniques, including related Equine Myofascial release.  Laura started her holistic journey with Reiki energy work in in '90's. She is proficient in creative visualization, various meditation techniques and is knowledgeable in a wide variety of related topics.

Laura focuses on individualizing your treatment sessions to include many techniques to assist your body toward optimal health.  She believes that the body, as an amazing machine, is capable of self-healing.  Reiki energy is one tool used to help release energetic blocks to allow the body to make positive gains.   

Laura is an avid reader, loves to camp, boat, fish and be outside during great weather.  Laura is a pet lover; and can incorporate sessions with your animals.
